How do you ensure my plants arrive in healthy condition?

We take pride in our 'Grower-to-Door' shipping process. Each plant is hand-selected by our experts, secured in specialized protective packaging to prevent shifting, and shipped via expedited methods to minimize travel time.

What is your return policy for live plants?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or dies within 30 days of delivery, please contact our support team with a photo of the plant to receive a replacement or a store credit.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Because we process orders quickly to ensure plant health, changes or cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been sent to our nursery for picking and packing, it cannot be modified.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital payment options including PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you ship to all 50 states?

Due to strict agricultural regulations, we currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We are unable to ship live plants to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.

Once your order leaves our garden center, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your plants' journey in real-time.
